When we are planning a new home, I try to walk through the day with the prospective owner. Where will the kids drop their beach toys and towels? Because we have many weekly vacationers at the beach, I look at lifestyle and what features are important to make that holiday a memory. How can we get that million-dollar look on a budget? If we are lucky enough to have a lot with a view, we design and build the home to take advantage of the water, beach and sky.
